Prior to this, Sandeep established his own executive search and recruitment venture, achieving remarkable milestones. Under his astute leadership, the company expanded from inception to a 70-member strong team, catering to recruitment solutions for over 50 companies. Notably, he carved a well-defined company structure that introduced accountability through well-defined targets and measurable outcomes.
