Previously, Sandeep played a pivotal role as a partner at a boutique executive search firm, where he strategically built and managed clientele for Sapphire Human Solutions (SHS) across North India and various sectors. His role also encompassed providing crucial leadership, guidance, and training to the execution team members during the search process.
Prior to this, Sandeep established his own executive search and recruitment venture, achieving remarkable milestones. Under his astute leadership, the company expanded from inception to a 70-member strong team, catering to recruitment solutions for over 50 companies. Notably, he carved a well-defined company structure that introduced accountability through well-defined targets and measurable outcomes. Scalable processes became a cornerstone, enabling efficient operations.
